Sometimes taking a warm relaxing bath can do the trick as well. It doesn’t have to be a grand spa treatment or a massage. A nice long bath in warm water can let sooth your body and relax all the tightened muscles. This can help you physically relax yourself.

Another way to let out your stress is by writing your thoughts down. It works the same way as talking to someone while lessening the risks of exposing yourself from others. If you are going through a phase of great pressure, take a page or diary and start writing your stream of consciousness. This can help you vent out your anxiety and lessen it greatly.
